TESIGN TAKE
It is a game with metrics, but the log-scaled award judging that keeps commit spam from buying a Ballon d'Or is designed seriously.

A summary, not legal advice.
WHY IT MATTERS
The six stats are real numbers read from GitHub's GraphQL API — PAC from last-year commits, SHO from stars, PAS from PRs plus followers, DRI from language diversity, DEF from reviews plus issues, PHY from lifetime contributions. Raw stats cap at 88 and the 90s are a 'legacy gate' earned with years and influence, so one big year cannot make you an Icon. The card URL re-scores itself as your stats change; the homepage counter read about 1.25 million cards rated (checked 2026-09-15).
BUILD FROM THIS
- The basic use is dropping `gitfut.com/<username>.png` into a README or portfolio. The yearly-award (Ballon d'Or) formula (yearScore = 4·log(commits) + 3·log(PRs) + …) is published, so it is a reference for variants such as an internal team ranking card.
WHO IT'S FOR
- Developers dressing up a GitHub profile
- a live card at the top of the README
- Developer-community organizers
- cards and trophies for events
- People interested in metric design
- a published rulebook to study
START IN 5 MINUTES
# [](https://gitfut.com/YOUR_USERNAME)
# gitfut.com/<username>.png — your card, as a live image
# gitfut.com/<username> — the full scout report
# ?country=XX — override the flag (e.g. ?country=DZ)CAVEATS
- MIT (source). The live service is gitfut.com (Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Redis); the README has no self-hosting steps or run commands [확인 필요]. The homepage looks up a card by username only. The rulebook is tied to the 2026 World Cup — profiles whose GitHub location is Spain get the 'World Cup Trophy' automatically. Last push 2026-08-05.
